New Aldgate Project Starts

We are excited to have made a start on renovating a Grade 2 listed townhouse in Aldgate this autumn. The 8-month programme that is due to finish in early summer 2027 will deliver new office accommodation in Aldgate for smaller independent businesses seeking smaller floor plates and flexible leases.

Following the strip out we are now about to commence the main project works and we will be posting regularly as the project takes shape over the coming months. We envisage appointing local agents from Spring 2027.
