With this solid financial backing we are able to respond quickly to new projects which typically have a land value of between £5M-£15M.
Our solid well-funded financial status has also allowed us to respond effectively to changing market conditions and opportunities. As the flexible working trend emerged we began to offer short leases with low service charges on our Square mile office suites from 2014 to give greater flexibility to SME tenants. More recently we have established a rental portfolio of Central London luxury apartments to adapt quickly and effectively to the changes in the market.
