OneTwentyFour is a boutique residential development at 124 Seymour Place in Marylebone which comprises luxury apartments, townhouses and penthouses. The property is ideally located close to the West End and halfway between two of London’s finest open spaces – Regent’s Park and Hyde Park.
Planning consent was granted in March 2015 and construction work began in that summer with the demolition of the old building, a structurally unsound 19th century terrace has made way for a six-storey property. Designed by Darling Associates, OneTwentyFour will combine history and modernity with its replica Georgian façade at the front and the dramatic modern elevation to the rear, including a living roof and green wall.
Seymour Place showcases our committed to design excellence and quality, which prioritises legacy value over short-term cost saving. We used only traditional materials on the façade, including solid stone window sills, Welsh slate on the roof, lead dormers and Portman stone.
