Having been with the company for over two years coming straight from university where he developed an interest in property, day to day Yan is involved in project development and tenancy management within the portfolio.
Outside of work, one of his favourite things about London is the sheer variety it offers, from its incredible range of food and cultures (a personal favourite being the Chinatown/Soho hotspot) to the diverse mix of people you encounter. Yan also particularly enjoys the variety and character of London’s property ranging from historic buildings to modern developments, which makes working within the city’s property industry especially interesting.
