Nick joined Merchant Land towards the end of 2024 and deals all aspects of the portfolio, ranging from managing occupants to speaking with external consultants and contractors.
He has been based in London for over 6 years where he enjoys going to different areas of London. The constantly changing landscape and scenery is what makes the city so interesting and unique. Not only that but the variety of food and history is never ending.
Nick believes London is a culturally diverse, never a ‘sitting still’ city where there is always something to do or see whatever time of the year it is.
