Windmill Lane given the go-ahead

Last week we were thrilled to receive planning consent for Windmill Lane, an exciting new residential development in Hounslow that will provide 74 new apartments.

We’ll be transforming an underused site to create the new development, which will deliver one, two and three-bedroom homes across two buildings, all with outdoor space, whether a balcony, private garden, or roof terrace.

Great placemaking sits at the heart of our plans for Windmill Lane, with a range of shared amenity spaces and landscaping inspired by a modern-day English country garden – think lots of new trees, pathways, raised planters and stone benches for residents to relax and enjoy the new urban greenery.

There will be plenty of quiet spaces as well as spots for production gardening and for play, helping to build a multi-generational development that everyone can enjoy and where everyone can thrive.
