The Grays WC1 – Construction Commences

Construction commenced in Bloomsbury in early spring 2014 for the luxury residential scheme The Grays WC1. With the detailed design led by Merchant Land and their architects Harper Downie, this part conversion-part new build scheme comprises of 12 sophisticated apartments and one exquisite penthouse as well as retail and office accommodation on the lower ground floor. Completion is scheduled for spring 2015 and further details will be made available as the residential and commercial elements are launched during the course of 2014.
