‘The City as a Place for People’ Pre MIPIM Briefing
On Tuesday 6th March Merchant Land attended the launch of the City Property Associations joint research report with the City of London ‘The City as a Place for People’ at Turner and Townsend.
City as a Place for People draws on a comprehensive programme of research – fresh insights have been gathered from a number of respondents, including key property industry figures and representatives from some of the Square Mile’s leading firms, as well as mobile skilled professionals.
On the night Christopher Hayward (Chairman of the Planning and Transportation Committee at the City of London) and Dr Laura Davidson (Head of Research at the City of London Economic Development office) provided a fascinating insight into the research findings published in the report.
Merchant Land is excited by the findings in relation to the planning application that we have recently submitted for our unique office scheme at 33 Creechurch Lane.
