After nearly 10 months in planning, Merchant Land were able to celebrate permission being granted for a beautiful residential scheme at 124 – 130 Seymour Place, W1. Comprising 12 luxury flats including two gorgeous open plan duplex penthouses with generous terrace space and views across west London, we aim to conclude final structural, engineering and design considerations by early in the New Year and begin construction on site in February 2015.
