New hires for Merchant Land as pipeline expands

We’re pleased to have welcomed Nicholas Whitmore, Assistant Portfolio Manager, as our pipeline continues to expand.

Nicholas joins us from Pegasi and will manage our residential and commercial assets across the capital. He benefits from extensive experience in residential real estate alongside a strong background in contract renewals, negotiation and asset management.

Nicholas is the latest in a series of hires at Merchant Land – Yan Toto also recently joined our team after completing his property finance and investment degree at Nottingham Trent University.
