Merchant Land welcomes new tenants to 33 Creechurch Lane
We are very pleased to welcome Street Child LLP to 33 Creechurch Lane. Ahead of the full relaunch of the remaining floors later this month following refurbishment works over the summer we are delighted to have agreed this deal as activity in the City of London office market has started to pick up post the pandemic.
Street Child LLP are an international charity who work with local communities to relieve poverty and hardship among young people living on the street by provision of shelter, food, health and education. Street Child prides itself on being willing to go to the world’s toughest places where others won’t, including remote, hard- to-reach areas and fragile, disaster-affected states. They currently deliver programmes in 16 countries across Africa and Asia.
Katherine McCullough, Development Director at Merchant Land said, “We are pleased to have agreed this deal with Street Child for the vacant Lower Ground floor space at 33 Creechurch Lane as the London office market picks up. Street Child are a fantastic organisation with a great ethos and the work that they do worldwide is truly inspiring.”
We still have three vacant floors at 33 Creechurch lane which will be fully launched later this month following refurbishment works which we have commissioned at the building. The building is located a short walk from Liverpool Street Station, Devonshire Square and the newly pedestrianised Aldgate Square.
