Merchant Land launches new research report

Merchant Land is pleased to launch our new research assessing the evolving needs of the City and how we have responded to these needs when finalising our designs for our unique office scheme.

This research report, compiled by Merchant Land in conjunction with Dr Sophie Taysom analyses the opportunities and challenges emerging from increasing pressure on SME workspace. In addition the research highlights how the City is embracing the future and how it is integrating the changing needs of business in the new offices being developed in the square mile.
