Creechurch Lane Fully Let

We are pleased to announce that joint agents Matthews & Goodman and Hall Kemp have leased the final remaining space at 33 Creechurch Lane, the first commercial scheme following the Merchant Land rebrand.  CHBC Investments Ltd took occupancy of 4,000sqf of first floor space in January closely followed by Flight Centre (UK) Ltd on the third floor. 33 Creechurch Lane was completed in April 2014 and consists of 20,000sqf of modernised office space in EC3, situated directly behind The Gherkin.
