CPA Breakfast Seminar: Market Update

Last month we were pleased to attend the London Property Alliance Autumn market update seminar. Speakers from CBRE, Knight Frank, JLL and Savills discussed the biggest changes and trends seen this year in Central London’s commercial, residential and retail property markets.

The panellists gave presentations outlining where the different markets were, projections for the upcoming quarters and challenges that lie ahead. Despite the current challenges facing the different markets, it was encouraging to hear that take up of office space in the City and West End has gone up compared to recent quarters. This is been driven by big corporations such as Apple getting their staff to return to the office at least 3 days a week.
