Merchant Land is delighted to announce the completion of the purchase of 61, 63 and 65 Charlotte Street, W1 in April 2014. With mid to long term plans for a mixed use scheme which will also see Merchant Land relocate there for their own London head quarters, in the short term the building will be brought back to life as much as possible whilst discussions with planners are underway. Merchant Land and their retail advisors Knight Frank and Goodsir Commercial are currently exploring options with potential pop-up retail tenants.
