After moving to our new (self-built!) headquarters in Charlotte Street earlier this year, we are delighted that two retail units that front our mixed use scheme in W1 are now coming to life with exciting new occupiers.

At 63a we have welcomed Casual Fitters who are opening their 3rd store in London alongside their existing Spitalfield and Fleet Street branches.

They offer ‘custom tailoring without the b*****t’’, with tailor made menswear. Its an exciting and innovative business with tailors based in their London shops supported by a suppliers and cutters in Europe.

Next door at 65a we are working with Appear Here to host different brands, particularly in the fashion and crafts sector. With bookings already filling up from November we are delighted to see our part of the street come alive.
