Boardroom Apprentice 2020

Katherine McCullough, Head of Merchant Land has been selected to participate in Northern Ireland’s 2020 Boardroom Apprentice. The unique programme, which is supported by the Department of Finance, supports boardroom apprentices to take a seat at one of over 50 host boards across Northern Ireland’s public and 3rd sectors.

The 12-month board learning and development programme, which is now in its fourth year, offers practical experience, knowledge and skills with the aim of creating a diverse group of suitably skilled applicants for future appointments, helping to ensure Public and Third Sector boards are more representative.

Katherine has been placed with the Housing Executive as her host board and comments “This is an amazing opportunity to get involved with public life in Northern Ireland and extend my professional knowledge beyond private sector housing and property”.
