Aldgate Eats returns at the Cento alla Torre

In June, Aldgate Eats, in collaboration with the Aldgate Connect BID, returned this summer at the Cento alla Torre which can be found inside the Tower Suites Hotel.

The ‘Aldgate Eats’ initiative is aimed at supporting local hospitality businesses, as well as encouraging networking and forming connections within the community by coming together to talk about the neighbourhood, and plans and hopes for the future of the area with a community-oriented mind-set.

Pizza and drinks were a great way to end the day after an exciting Gunpowder Plot Immersive Experience organised by the BID. The Gunpowder Plot recently opened its doors to the public after Covid meant delays to its grand opening. The experience allows you to layer reality in a way where you are not just witnessing history, you are living it and Merchant Land was happy to be part of the experience and connect with other members of the BID during the experience.
